How do I exchange an item?

  2. Price difference: If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the extra amount.
  3. Refund timeline: Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

How do I return an item?

  1. Pick-up option: In many areas, we offer a convenient pick-up service. Just select this option when you request a return.

    • Heads up: Our delivery partner might check the item to make sure it’s in good condition.
  2. Return shipping: You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

What can’t I return or exchange?

  • Used items
  • Items marked as “No Exchange” or “No Return”
  • Sale items

Cancelling Your Order You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Just look for the “Cancel” option on our website. This applies to sale items too!

Changing Your Shipping Address Need to change your shipping address? You can do that as long as your order hasn’t been processed yet. Just go to “My Orders” and update your address.
